GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

-A reservation is confirmed with a 30% deposit payable by credit card (Visa), check, or bank transfer. The balance must be paid 8 days before the stay, by credit card.

- For any reservation less than 8 days, the balance is due at the time of booking.

-In case of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. In case of cancellation 5 days or less before arrival, in case of no-show, or interruption of the stay, the full amount of the stay is due.

-On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you between 17:00 and 19:30. Outside these hours, we may be absent.

-We invite you to contact us by phone at 00 33 (0)6 20 10 43 35 in case of early or late arrival, to make arrangements with the owner.

-During high season, we prioritize a minimum 2-night stay in our guest rooms.

-Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.

-Unfortunately, as of today, La Maison de Zélie is not yet wheelchair accessible.

-La Maison de Zélie is entirely non-smoking.

-It is forbidden to eat in the rooms or around the pool. Dedicated areas are available.

-We are sorry that we cannot accept pets.

-The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st from 08:30 to 19:30, depending on weather conditions.

It is neither heated nor supervised.
