CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE
-Confirmation of a reservation requires a 30% deposit to be paid by credit card (Visa), check, or bank transfer. The balance is due 8 days before the stay, payable by credit card.
-For reservations of less than 8 days, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
-In case of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival, no-show, or early departure, the full stay is due.
-On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you between 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Outside of these hours, we may be absent.
-Please contact us by phone at 00 33 (0)6 20 10 43 35 in case of early or late arrival.
-During peak season, we prioritize minimum 2-night stays in the guest rooms.
-Guests must vacate the rooms by 11am at the latest.
-Unfortunately, at this time, La Maison de Zélie is not yet wheelchair accessible.
-La Maison de Zélie is entirely non-smoking.
-Eating in the rooms and around the pool is prohibited. Dedicated spaces are available.
-We regret that we cannot accept pets.
-The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm, and subject to weather conditions. It is not heated or supervised.
